A real-time operations dashboard for a logistics company, consolidating vehicle positions, trips, and driver assignments into one screen. Dispatchers see the fleet as it is, not as it was an hour ago.

Fleet data lived in GPS trackers and daily trip sheets that never met each other. The company needed a single live view of vehicle status, trip progress, and driver assignments, with alerts when something slipped.
High-frequency location updates from dozens of vehicles had to reach every dispatcher’s screen without lag or straining the server. Just as important, the dashboard had to answer "what needs attention now" at a glance instead of burying dispatchers in data.
We built the dashboard on Next.js with WebSocket-based live updates and a map-first layout that surfaces exceptions — delayed trips, idle vehicles, missed check-ins — ahead of everything else. Trip history is retained for reporting, and role-based dispatcher accounts keep every assignment and edit attributable.

Case studies describe scope and solutions. We publish measurable results only when a client has verified them — which is why you will never see invented percentages here.
