A patient and staff portal for a private clinic group, covering appointment booking, reminders, and access to visit records. It replaced phone-only scheduling and paper files with one role-based system.

Reception staff were managing appointments across phone calls and paper diaries, and patients had no way to check their own visit history. The clinic needed booking rules that matched how doctors actually work, plus strict control over who can see patient records.
Healthcare scheduling is rule-heavy — doctor availability, slot lengths per appointment type, follow-up sequencing — and patient data demands role-based access with an audit trail. The interface also had to stay simple enough for less confident patients to book unaided.
We built a role-based web application with a booking engine that encodes each doctor’s availability rules, a staff calendar with rescheduling and conflict detection, and a records section where patients see only their own visit history and prescriptions. Every record access is logged for audit, and automated email and SMS reminders take no-show chasing off the front desk.

Case studies describe scope and solutions. We publish measurable results only when a client has verified them — which is why you will never see invented percentages here.
